This release comes from A Coffee Farm, a family-run project in Ka‘ū that’s been years in the making. What began as an overgrown former sugar plantation has been transformed—through sweat, patience, and a whole lot of hands-on care—into a working coffee farm. After three years of building, planting, and nurturing the land, the team is now sharing their first harvest to the public. 

In the cup, 100% Ka‘ū Coffee is washed for clarity and balance. A blend of Catuai and Lempira, it delivers a comforting, polished profile: a soft chocolate base, molasses-like sweetness, and a bright touch of lime that keeps everything lively without taking over. Toasted nut notes round out the finish, and the body stays smooth and medium, making it the kind of coffee you can reach for daily—yet still pause to appreciate.
